DTS ricers are used to mash potatoes after the cooking process in potato flake, granule and co-products processing. The ricer can be installed directly at the outfeed of a potato cooker, and presses the cooked potato products through a ricer grid to create mash. The mashed potato can be pumped or transported to the next process step. Ricers are available in several standard capacities and sizes.
