Fruit Defrosting

DTS supplies a berry defroster, a unique variation of the classic DTS speciality; the DTS blancher. After being either scarified or sliced, frozen berries are gently defrosted at the desired temperature in a unique defrosting process. The solution in the defroster is berry juice. During defrosting, unconcentrated berry juice is released and tapped off from the process.
